Therapy services include a variety of services related to the rehabilitation including infusion therapy, physical therapy, lymphedema therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, and wound care.

Lymphedema is an abnormality of the lymphatic system leading to excessive swelling/edema in arms, legs, or other body parts. Our goal is to reduce physical discomfort, develop self-management skills, and restore function to the affected area for patients affected by primary and/or secondary lymphedema.

Physical and occupational therapy are forms of rehabilitation that treat and prevent injuries and/or physical disabilities. The goals of therapy are restoration of physical strength, improved muscular coordination and pain management. Therapy frequently involves therapeutic exercise programs, massage and the use of modalities to relieve pain. Physical therapy is provided by NorthCrest Medical Center in partnership with Star Physical Therapy.

Cardiac rehabilitation is a program that blends educational materials and monitored exercise to help individuals who have experienced a cardiac event or condition to live a healthier lifestyle and manage their risk factors.

Pulmonary rehabilitation is a ten-week program designed to meet the needs of individuals affected by pulmonary, or respiratory, disease. Through education, exercise, and support, the program leads participants to better understand and improve their circumstances.
