NorthCrest Transitions to New Vendor for Patient Satisfaction Surveys

SPRINGFIELD, TENN (July 2, 2018) – Beginning July 1, 2018, NorthCrest Medical Center’s patient satisfaction surveys will be transitioning to a new vendor. Previously managed through HealthStream, Press Ganey will begin the post-visit calls to NorthCrest Medical Center patients. Patients are randomly selected following their visit to NorthCrest and contacted by Press Ganey to provide feedback on their experience. These surveys only take a few minutes and the feedback given is used to help NorthCrest Medical Center continue to provide excellent medical care to our community.
