SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (September 8, 2009) – NorthCrest Medical Center recently awarded academic scholarships to four Austin Peay State University Nursing Students. These students were awarded $5,000 annual tuition with a year work commitment to NorthCrest Medical Center upon graduation. Eleven students applied for the available scholarships and from those the following individuals were selected: Cynthia Elrod – Clarksville, TN; Heather Forkum – Ridgetop, TN; Laura Miracle – Clarksville, TN; and Kayla Mikel – Cleveland, TN.

Congratulations to the following individuals for successfully completing their nursing program, which was supported by NorthCrest Medical Center Scholarships: Master’s Degree in Nursing – Elizabeth Clinard; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Tammy Covington, Brittany May, Jason Kondik, Marilyn Rawlinson, and Donald Whitley.
