NorthCrest is committed to treating all patients equally, with dignity, respect and compassion. We provide medical services in anticipation of payments by patients and/or those financially responsible for patients in exchange for medical treatments rendered. As a service to our patients, we work with them to determine if they qualify for federal, state and/or local healthcare programs.
NorthCrest has established a Hospital Financial Assistance Policy to help patients who have an established need for assistance in paying for emergency and medically necessary care.
In order to consistently apply assistance to all of the communities we serve, patients must fully comply with the application process. To determine your eligibility please complete a Financial Assistance Application with all of the required personal and financial information. Return the form and supporting documentation to the Patient Financial Services office, located on the 1st floor by the hospital’s main entrance. The information can also be faxed to 615-382-3856.
