RN – Emergency

 Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
 Promotes customer service initiatives and applies the mission of the organization in daily practice
 Demonstrates consistency in ability to perform skills and procedures.
 Assumes individual accountability for nursing practice ensuring safe, efficient care delivered through the nursing process
 Appropriately and accurately documents on the electronic medical record in a timely fashion
 Actively demonstrates behaviors that support the Code of Ethics of Emergency Nursing
 Promptly responds to call lights & patient/family requests
 Performs EKG & phlebotomy
 Promptly answers telephone
 All other duties as assigned

 Current licensure RN
 Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)
 CPI De-escalation training certification (obtain within 6 months)
 Basic computer skills

Shift: PT/PRN -PRN- Varies PT – Nights 7p-7a
