Barista – S!P

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Performs coffee cart and barista duties as required.
 Stays aware of food/beverage inventory to ensure low waste levels.
 Delivers exceptional customer service and has enthusiasm about specialty coffee.
 Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products.
 Prepares and serves beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
 Maintains cart appearance with a high level of cleanliness and organization.
 Provides feedback to Manager regarding customer feedback, food quality and service complaints.
 Works with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of NorthCrest.
 Must be neat, clean and professional at all times, and abide by NorthCrest dress code.
 All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
 High school diploma/GED preferred.
 Prior food service experience preferred.
 Poised and professional verbal communication.
 Interpersonal skills to include: listening, relationship building, and outstanding customer service.
 Moderate math and problem solving skills.
 Proficient in basic computer skills and accounting.
 Ability to work a flexible schedule based on hospital needs.
 Ability to work independently.
