Performs coffee cart and barista duties as required.
Stays aware of food/beverage inventory to ensure low waste levels.
Delivers exceptional customer service and has enthusiasm about specialty coffee.
Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products.
Prepares and serves beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
Maintains cart appearance with a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Provides feedback to Manager regarding customer feedback, food quality and service complaints.
Works with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of NorthCrest.
Must be neat, clean and professional at all times, and abide by NorthCrest dress code.
All other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Prior food service experience preferred.
Poised and professional verbal communication.
Interpersonal skills to include: listening, relationship building, and outstanding customer service.
Moderate math and problem solving skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills and accounting.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on hospital needs.
Ability to work independently.
