NorthCrest Foundation, in support of NorthCrest Medical Center, is a non-profit organization providing financial support for quality healthcare, medical excellence, community health education and quality of life enhancement for those in our community.
Donations at Work
From the celebrated arrival of precious newborns to the end of life’s journey, NorthCrest Medical Center, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit hospital, has been taking care of our community’s health for more than 50 years with unparalleled levels of personal attention, expert medical care and compassionate outreach. With an average of 48,543 outpatient procedures, 30,710 emergency room visits, 545 babies delivered, and 15,012 patient days in the hospital per year, NorthCrest Medical Center continually strives to provide the best care – where the patient is the center of attention – right in our backyard.
Programs & Services
The NorthCrest Foundation exists to support the mission of NorthCrest Medical Center. Through this partnership, the Foundation fundraises for the following projects:
- Facility Renovations
- Equipment purchases
- Assistance in providing $15 million in charity and uninsured care to our community every year
- Leadership of the NorthCrest Auxiliary Volunteer Program
- Assistance in the administering of small grants through the Martha’s Song program to cancer patients living in Robertson County
- Underwriting Camp TAG, a grief camp for Robertson County children
Ways to Give
There are several ways interested individuals, corporations, foundations, and other donors may make contributions to the Foundation:
Annual Giving is an opportunity to provide sustained, ongoing support for the NorthCrest Foundation. You might even choose to participate in our Spring “NorthCrest No-Show Soiree” where you donate NOT to attend this event – in essence an Annual Giving gift!
A gift, of any denomination, in honor (marking an important milestone, birthday, or anniversary) or in memory of a beloved friend or associate becomes a lasting tribute.
A Fountain Memorial Brick or a Block on our Dedication Wall
The purchase of a Fountain Memorial Brick, placed at the entrance to NorthCrest Medical Center in memory or honor of a loved one, is truly a timeless gift, as well as an engraved glass block on our Dedication Wall inside NorthCrest.
Securities, Real-Estate, In-Kind & Planned Gifts
In addition to outright cash gifts, gifts of securities, real estate, gift-in-kind and planned gifts are equally welcome. These contributions may also result in tax savings that go beyond the traditional straight tax deduction for outright giving. These gifts may also be made in memory of a loved one or friend or to commemorate a special occasion.
Please consider supporting one of these vital fundraisers through your sponsorship and/or attendance:
NorthCrest Gala – A black-tie Gala is held in November of every year that features an amazing live and silent auction, unforgettable entertainment and a scrumptious meal. This event is attended by 400+ individuals each year.
NorthCrest Golf Classic – An annual charity golf event, featuring cool team gifts, prizes, and camaraderie. The golf tournament has raised more than $1 million for the Foundation.
Camp TAG – An overnight camp for children experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. Camp TAG provides fellowship, fun, and helps campers learn how to deal with their feelings during the grieving process.
The Great Barn Party – A community focused event that features eclectic entertainment and great country cooking to fund Camp TAG – a free camp for children who have lost a parent – and to help underwrite strategic and immediate needs at NorthCrest.
The NorthCrest Foundation also handles administrative duties for Martha’s Song that gives small grants to residents of Robertson County who have cancer needs not covered by insurance. For an application, click here.
