NorthCrest Medical Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of our community. The NorthCrest Medical Center Foundation was established to:

• Support the programs and services of NorthCrest Medical Center, such as the NorthCrest Chest Pain Initiative;
• Obtain and maintain equipment, technology and new services for the Medical Center;
• Assist with the education of healthcare professionals; and
• Support community education and wellness programs and events.

Primarily funded through the annual NorthCrest Foundation Golf Classic and supported from private donations, the NorthCrest Foundation has awarded grants for various services, programs, and educational opportunities for our community. Former grant recipients include NorthCrest Hospice, Camp T.A.G., Barbara Werner Scholarship, Rural Medical Physician Scholarships, and the NorthCrest Foundation Memorial Fountain.
