Pre-Registration

Because we at NorthCrest know your time is precious and important, we encourage you to pre-register at least one business day before your scheduled test. Verifying your demographics and financial information prior to your test date offers several benefits.

• By pre-registering, NorthCrest and your insurance company can begin verifying benefits, eligibility, pre-cert numbers, and if a referral is needed. Beginning this before your service date can potentially resolve billing issues in advance.
• By pre-registering, you will have a better understanding of your financial obligations beforehand and have an opportunity to meet with our financial counselor, if needed, to discuss payment options before your day of service.
• By pre-registering, you reduce your check-in time on the day of service.

To pre-register for outpatient services by phone, call Patient Access at (615) 384-1546 Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., please have your insurance card and emergency contact information ready before calling. Or, you may complete the online Pre-Registration form.
