Classes for Healthcare Professionals

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for the Healthcare Provider
Our two-day classes are recommended for individuals who are new to ACLS or for those individuals who have infrequent exposure to cardiac medications and arrhythmia.

Our ACLS one-day recertification class is available for the experienced healthcare professional as a renewal within 90 days of expiration of your current card.

NorthCrest also offers a two-day Prep Class to prepare the student for the ACLS class.

Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
This class is for the medical professional or someone who has had CPR before. It includes adult, child and infant CPR, and choking. The class teaches one- and two-man CPR, AED use, and airway management techniques. Instruction on cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, conscious and unconscious choking. This course is tested.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Our two-day classes are recommended for individuals who are new to PALS or for those who have infrequent exposure to cardiac medications or arrythmias.

Our PALS one-day recertification class is available for the experienced healthcare professional as a renewal within 90 days of expiration of your current card.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program

The NorthCrest Medical Center two-day Neonatal Resuscitation Program is recommended for health care providers obtaining their initial certification in neonatal resuscitation or those with infrequent exposure to neonatal care.
The one-day Neonatal Resuscitation Renewal Course is designed for the more experienced health care professional who is seeking to recertify an existing NRP card.
