This is a physically demanding position which requires the following: Knowledgeable or willing to be trained in complete knowledge of all floor equipment used (buffers/extractors/wet vacs/vacuums, dust mops, and wet mops). Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned. Maintains an orderly, attractive, clean and sanitary facility to promote the recovery of our patients, and ensure a pleasant environment for our visitors, guests, and staff. High School diploma/GED preferred.
Stable work history & strong work ethic are required.

*Minimum of 5 years nursing management experience including department director level. Management of multiple entities within a hospital considered a plus. Knowledge of Regulatory Agency regulations.
*Demonstration of leadership qualities & executive/organizational ability whichsupports the organization’s complexity and scope. Initiative and judgment in determining needs of patient care programs, selecting personnel and maintaining patient care according to established standards.
*Ability to flexibly meet changes in the health care environment. Broad knowledge of patient care derived from progressive nursing experience, which includes clinical experience and experience in nursing service administration positions.
*Strong management and dynamic leadership theory and skills as well as human resource and professional presentation skills are essential.
*Exemplifies excellent customer relations towards patient/family, physicians and staff.
